    Full Management Service

    All fees are inclusive of VAT.

    Tenant Finder’s Fee: 60% of the first month’s rental (one-time payment).

    Monthly Management Fee: 10.8% of the monthly rental income.

    Check-Out Fee: £78

    Reference Fee: £60 (per tenant).

    Section 13 notice service: £60

    Tenancy Agreement: £60

    Inventory Services: Please enquire for pricing. Costs depend on the property’s size and whether it is furnished or unfurnished.

    Let Only Service

    All fees are inclusive of VAT.
