Property Sales

Passionate about property.

Established in this part of Sussex for nearly 40 years. We are an independent agency which has developed a distinctive style of presentation and marketing. A flexible, professional and uncomplicated attitude is our way. We sell property, not mortgages or insurance. All our services are free within a competitive fee.

We welcome all instructions but have a penchant for period homes. Craggy inglenook fires, beams, walled gardens and farmhouse kitchens with old Agas dominate our website. However, the clean lines of a classic contemporary home with ‘that something special’ is also the type of property we relish. Along with farms, country cottages and equestrian property, we also feature bungalows, apartments and modern town houses on developments, as well as more individual homes. If you are considering selling your property or smallholding and require a free market valuation telephone for an appointment and we would be delighted to attend to offer a free appraisal.
