Description

A pretty semi detached Victorian cottage with bay windows and classic features with the benefit of a large open plan kitchen/breakfast room adjoining a dining room with bi-fold doors out to the patio and garden. The sitting room is at the front of the property overlooking an orchard through which is a public footpath. There are two double bedrooms and a large single bedroom, family bathroom and useful downstairs wc with utility room (perfect for muddy dogs!). The garden has recently been landscaped and is long and large with an area at the bottom ideal for a summerhouse or large outbuilding if required. A patio abutts the back of the house and there is a further sunny, shingle seating area. A recently installed oil fired boiler provides the central heating and the windows are double glazed. PARKING: The properties on either side have driveways which leaves the parking to the front available for Pipe House.
